We’re here for the whole you.
Especially the Parts that learned to survive.
Meet Patricia
“Most people don’t struggle because they lack intelligence or motivation. They struggle because they were never taught how to understand their emotional responses, communicate clearly under stress, or navigate conflict in relationships.”
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps clients recognize the different internal “parts” that show up in challenging situations—such as the perfectionist, the inner critic, or the part that becomes defensive during conflict. Learning to understand these internal dynamics allows people to respond with greater clarity, steadiness, and intentionality rather than reacting automatically.
Experiential Emotion Processing focuses on identifying and working with the emotions that drive behavior, communication, and decision-making. When people learn to recognize what is happening beneath the surface—often stress, fear, frustration, or unmet needs—they gain the ability to navigate complexity and conflict with greater effectiveness.
Motivational Interviewing (MI) supports clients in clarifying their own motivations for change and strengthening commitment to meaningful action. Rather than being told what to do, clients are guided to explore their own values, goals, and ambivalence so they can move forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
I also incorporate practical communication frameworks such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to help clients translate emotional insight into real-world conversations that are clear, respectful, and effective.
Through this work, clients often develop:
Greater emotional regulation and clarity under pressure
Stronger relational leadership and communication skills
Increased self-awareness and decision-making confidence
The ability to navigate conflict with skill and composure
Practical tools for difficult conversations and relationship dynamics
At the core of my coaching philosophy is the belief that meaningful change begins with self-awareness. When people understand the internal dynamics shaping their reactions and communication, they gain the freedom to respond differently and create more intentional outcomes in both their personal and professional lives.
My coaching style is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity. I work alongside clients to help them better understand themselves, strengthen their communication, and develop the skills needed to move toward the life and relationships they want to build.
I help professionals, couples, and individuals develop the emotional intelligence, communication skills, and self-awareness needed to navigate complex relationships, make thoughtful decisions, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Coaching can support many areas of growth—from leadership development and career challenges to improving communication in relationships or gaining clarity about personal goals. Some clients come to coaching to strengthen their leadership skills or navigate workplace dynamics. Others seek support improving how they communicate with a partner, resolving recurring conflicts, or understanding the internal patterns that shape their reactions. Many are simply looking for a thoughtful space to better understand themselves and move forward with greater intention.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
—Carl Rogers
Meet Bobbi
Hi, I’m Bobbi! I’m an executive function coach, and fellow neurodivergent human who understands firsthand how frustrating it can be to know what you need to do but still struggle to make it happen.
Living with ADHD has shaped both my personal life and the way I support others. I know that executive functioning challenges are rarely solved by simply trying harder, finding the perfect planner, or creating a more detailed to-do list. Sometimes a strategy genuinely does not fit your brain. Other times, one part of you wants to move forward while another feels overwhelmed, afraid of failing, resistant to expectations, or completely exhausted.
That is where Integrated Parts Coaching comes in.
I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent adults who feel overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, struggle to begin or complete tasks, experience cycles of burnout and self-criticism, or have spent years believing they are lazy, undisciplined, or simply “bad at being an adult.” Coaching can help bridge that gap.
My professional background as a licensed therapist in California has given me extensive experience supporting adults with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, trauma, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and deeply rooted patterns of self-criticism. Although coaching is distinct from therapy, my work is grounded in the same values that guide me as a clinician: compassion, collaboration, curiosity, authenticity, and respect for the wisdom already within you.
My goal is to help you better understand your brain, work more collaboratively with all parts of yourself, and develop tools that support the life you want to live.
My approach combines practical executive functioning support with a compassionate, parts-informed understanding of what may be happening beneath the surface. Instead of treating procrastination, avoidance, inconsistency, or difficulty following through as personal failures, we approach them with curiosity. Together, we explore what is getting in the way, identify strategies that work with your brain, and build systems that feel realistic and sustainable in your actual life.
